Introduction
The explosion-proof semi-automatic double-head weighing filling machine adopts PLC program control and is an intelligent product integrating electricity and gas.
Characteristics
1. Adopt PLC control, accurate and fast calculation, real-time monitoring of the filling machine operation, to achieve modern management.
2. The weighing module adopts explosion-proof weighing sensor, which is stable and reliable, and the quality is guaranteed.
3. The weighing and filling machine adopts unpowered roller conveying, which can convey a maximum of 40 kg large barrels (other specifications can be customized for conveying weight).
4. The filling valve adopts high-efficiency pneumatic valve, which has good sealing effect and ensures no dripping.
5. Built-in liquid level sensor to automatically control the feeding speed of the material pump to ensure the filling speed.
6. The submersible filling head, after diving to the bottom of the bottle, first fill with nitrogen to remove the air in the bottle, and then carry out submerged filling. The lifting of the filling head is controlled by an explosion-proof stepping motor.
7. Adopt explosion-proof design, equipped with explosion-proof distribution box, and use explosion-proof electrical control.
Application
Mainly used for large-dose quantitative filling of edible oil, soy sauce and chemical raw materials, especially suitable for automatic quantitative filling of coatings and oils in the chemical industry, and also suitable for automatic quantitative filling of emulsion materials in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

For viscous liquids, use explosion-proof pumps to transport liquids, and for water agents (non-viscous liquids), use high-level material tanks to transport liquids by self-flow.
