Introduction
This kind of machine is special designed for filling corrosive liquid like disinfection, liquid bleach, vinegar, acid,insecticide pesticide liquid,bleach toilet ,bowl cleaner, clorox 84 , liquid detergent.
It is closed snd explosion-proof type , with exhaust system.
Characteristics
1. All parts of this machine are made of PP material and glass fiber reinforced plastic material. The closed appearance design meets the anti-corrosion standard. When filling, the filling head extends into the bottle for filling to ensure that the liquid does not foam and overflow. The liquid level in the bottle is the same.
2. The high-level PP material storage box is used, which is connected to the filling machine by a PP pipe. The whole machine is clean and convenient for disinfection.
3. Each filling head is equipped with a stainless steel cylinder to drive the valve core to open, which is directly controlled by PLC, and each filling head can adjust the filling volume individually.
4. The filling head is made of PTFE and PP materials, and the anti-corrosion sealing ring is used to solve the dripping of the filling head. The bottle will not be filled when it is not in place, preventing misoperation and keeping the working area clean.
5. Using the bottle mouth device, after the filling bottle mouth is accurately positioned, the filling head extends into the bottle to realize filling.
6. The machine is divided into two types: closed type and open type, customers can choose according to their needs
7. The machine can be equipped with 6-16 filling heads, and the output and filling volume can be adjusted at will
8. The filling volume is easy to adjust, easy to operate and easy to maintain. Bottle filling of different specifications can be changed in a short time.
