Introduction
Multi-head piston automatic filling machine is a new generation of automatic filling machine developed by our company with many years of production experience and absorbing world advanced technology.
It adopts servo motor control, piston type quantitative principle. Electrical and pneumatic components use world-renowned brands.
Controlled by PLC with man-machine interface, it has the characteristics of novel design, beautiful appearance, friendly interface, strong adaptability, simple operation, accurate filling amount and convenient maintenance.
It is widely used in filling of various liquids, viscous liquids and pastes.
By replacing the filling valve, it can become a multi-head thick sauce automatic filling machine, and can also fill semi-fluid, paste, sauce which containing particles.

① Using servo motor control, electrical and pneumatic components of well-known brands, low failure rate, reliable performance and long service life.
② The piston cylinder is made of 10mm seamless stainless steel pipe, with high precision and good quality; high-strength stainless steel frame, easy to disassemble, easy to clean, in line with GMP requirements
③ The filling volume and filling speed are easy to adjust, operated and displayed by the touch screen, and the appearance is beautiful;
④ With no bottle no filling function, the liquid level automatically controls the feeding;
⑤ No need to replace parts, you can quickly adjust bottles of different shapes and specifications;
⑥ The filling head is equipped with a special anti-leakage device, and the filling is free of wire drawing and dripping.
Note: The filling range and speed can be designed with different filling heads according to user needs.
