Introduction
The principle of the electronic volume-adjusting filling machine is to supply material through the filling machine's own high-level tank.
The filling measuring cup is designed in the high-level tank of the filling machine, and the liquid is transported into the measuring cup through the stainless steel pump, so that the liquid level in the cup is consistent and the pressure is constant.
The opening time of each filling head is controlled by PLC for filling.
Since the pressure in the measuring cup is absolutely constant, the filling accuracy can be controlled within +-1ml, achieving true high-precision filling.
Characteristics
1. For some highly corrosive products, the machine can choose imported PTFE valves, PTFE hoses and sealing materials to avoid the corrosive problem of materials.
2. The parts in contact with the material conform to the GMP standard. When filling, the filling head extends into the bottle and the bottle is sealed to ensure that the liquid does not foam and overflow, and the liquid level in the bottle is consistent.
3. Using low-level liquid storage tank, the whole machine is easy to clean and sterilize.
4. The filling head has no dripping. The bottle will not be filled when it is not in place, preventing misoperation and keeping the working area clean. Using the bottle mouth device, after the filling bottle mouth is accurately positioned, the filling head extends into the bottle for filling.
5. The machine can be equipped with 8~16 filling heads, and the output and filling volume can be adjusted at will.
6. The filling volume is easy to adjust, easy to operate and easy to maintain. Bottle filling of different specifications can be changed in a short time.
