Pellet packaging machine workflow:
1. The bucket elevator or belt conveyor feeds the grain particles into the feeding port of the packaging machine (there is a limit switch on the top and bottom of the feeding port,
When there is no material in the hopper, it will automatically control the conveyor to feed the material, and when the material is full, the conveyor will automatically stop feeding)
2. The grain particles enter the feeding conveyor belt through the feeding port. In order to control the packaging speed and accuracy, the feeding conveyor belt is divided into high, medium and low speeds.
High speed is for output, medium speed is excessive, and low speed is for controlling packaging accuracy.
3. The particles enter the weighing hopper through the feeding conveyor belt. When the weighing hopper reaches the specified weight, the feeding conveyor belt stops feeding.
The bag clamping mechanism of the packaging machine will be automatically opened. After filling the designated coal blocks, the clamping mechanism will be released, and the bag filled with coal blocks will fall on the packaging conveyor belt.
The bag conveyor belt transports the coal-filled pockets directly below the bag sewing machine.
4. The worker operates the sewing machine to seal the pocket containing the grain, and the packaging process ends.
