A. The environment before the labeling machine is used

B. Labeling machine preparation before use
(1) Check that the current and voltage are normal.
(2) Check that there are no foreign objects in the conveyor belt, labeling head, machine table, etc.
C. Adjustment before starting the labeling machine
(1) Adjust the height, horizontal position and angle of the labeling head to a suitable position.
(2) Adjust the paper pulling roller to make the label paper close to the peeling label plate.
(3) Adjust the position of the bottle dividing mechanism to make it just a little wider than holding a middle barrel.
(4) Adjust the two handwheels above the steering wheel so that the steering wheel is close to the barrel
D. start up
(1) Turn on the main power switch.
(2) Turn on the power switch on the left side of the labeling machine.
(3) After the labeling machine is turned on, it enters the system.
(4) After the label paper is installed on the labeling machine, various parameters can be adjusted through the touch screen.
(5) Debug the position of the object measuring electric eye and adjust the sensitivity of the marking electric eye.
(6) Adjust the appropriate speed.
(7) Adjust the labeling position to ensure that the label peeling part is aligned with the labeling position.
(8) Press the run button to start the system.
(9) After the normal use of the labeling machine, remember to shut down and turn off the power.
E. shutdown
(1) Press the stop button on the touch screen to stop the system.
(2) Turn off the touch screen power switch.
(3) Turn off the main power switch.
