Labeling Requirements and Safety Instructions for Labeling Machine
Label specification requirements:
1. The label material is divided into transparent label and non-transparent label. According to the material of the label, the detection label sensor is selected. (The label sensor is divided into the detection of transparent labels, the detection of opaque labels, and the sensor that can be shared by 2 labels). The detection requirements are different and the price is different.
2. The center diameter of the label roll is 76mm
3. The maximum outer diameter of the label roll is within 300mm
4. Label spacing: 3-5 mm
5. Applicable label roll direction: as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2

Safety Notice
Mains power connection:
1. Before plugging in the power plug, make sure that the voltage of the power supply is the same as the voltage of the machine.
2. When the main power supply is connected to the electrical box, make sure it is firmly fixed.
3. Do not connect the main power of the machine when the voltage does not meet the requirements.
4. Moisture should be avoided near the power supply, and the machine should be grounded in advance.
5. All wiring work of the machine must be completed by professionals.
Precautions:
1. Make sure that the voltage used by the machine is correct. Please use it alone, do not use an extension cord that is too long or too thin to avoid danger.
2. Do not install the machine in a place with high heat and humidity. The input power supply should be grounded to avoid electric shock.
3. When installing the electric control, it needs to be handled by electricians or engineering technicians. Without permission, do not open the electrical box or do wiring work.
4. Do not maintain the machine with corrosive products, which may cause damage to various parts.
5. When the machine is running, do not place irrelevant items on the machine and do not touch any parts of the body with moving or rolling parts.
6. If an abnormal action occurs during the operation of the machine, please press the red emergency switch stop button.
7. Do not directly wash the machine, electric control box or electrical components with water to avoid damage or leakage.
