Introduction
This 6 Heads 25kg Big Bucket Milk Laundry Liquid Edible Oil Mineral Water Petroleum Liquid Weighing Filling Machine is a program-controlled intelligent product integrating machine, electricity and gas.
Characteristics
1. Using PLC and digital instrument to jointly control the precision, the calculation is accurate and fast, and the real-time monitoring of the filling machine operation can realize modern management.
2. The weighing module adopts the weighing sensor, which is stable and reliable, and the quality is guaranteed.
3. The high-speed filling machine is conveyed by power chain plates, which can convey a maximum of 40 kilograms of barrels (other conveying weights can be customized).
4. The filling valve adopts high-efficiency pneumatic valve, which has good sealing effect and ensures no dripping.
A submersible mechanism can be added to make the liquid flow out under the liquid surface to ensure that the foaming liquid does not foam when filling.
5. The conveying pipeline and body of the high-speed filling machine are made of S304 stainless steel.
The built-in frequency converter can adjust the feeding speed of the material pump to ensure the filling speed.
