The automatic coffee powder filling machine auger filler bottle filling machine is composed of powder filler head, conveyor belt and positioning device, which can complete the automatic positioning, filling and measuring work for the bottle or can.Using servo (or stepping) motor, PLC touch screen control, easy operation and high stability.Can be with the bottle machine, the capping machine, the labelling machine and so on to form a complete set of filling line.

1. The whole machine is made of stainless steel except the motor, combined transparent box which can be easily dismantled without tools.
2. Using servo (stepping) motor drive screw, it has the advantages of not wearing easily, accurate positioning, speed can set and stable performance.
3. With PLC control, it has the advantages of work stability, anti-interference and high weighing accuracy.
4. The Chinese and English touch screen clearly show the operating status, operation instructions, failure status and production statistics, etc., and the operation is simple and intuitive.
5. Replace different kinds of screw accessories, which can adapt to super fine powder to small particles and other materials.
6.Can be installed the dust collection device or the leakage proof device according to different materials , also can according to the requirement of packing speed produce three hoppers or four hoppers.
