Light Weight Belt Conveyor Conveyor Belt for Packing Line
Skirt corrugated sidewall belt conveyor is a kind of special belt conveyor that can convey bulk material at large inclination angle and even lift it vertically.
The structure of the skirted corrugated sidewall belt conveyor is basically similar to the general belt conveyor, the main difference is that a special skirted corrugated sidewall conveyor belt is used.
The corrugated sidewall conveyor belt is to glue flexible and retractable S-shaped or W-shaped rubber corrugated sidewalls of different heights on both sides of the general conveyor belt (fabric core belt or steel rope core belt), and at the same time on the two sidewalls. On the base tape in between, a diaphragm is glued at a certain distance to facilitate the shipment of materials.
The cross-section of the diaphragm can be T-shaped, C-shaped or TC-shaped. The inclination angle of the conveyor can vary from 0° to 90°, and the conveying line is usually arranged in a Z shape, an L shape, a C shape or a straight line. The carrying idler and no-load idler of the belt conveyor are flat idlers. Using the back pressure roller to press the two sides of the conveyor belt, the conveyor line can be quickly changed from horizontal to inclined (or vice versa).
To remove the material adhering to the corrugated sidewall belt, a rapping wheel or a rapping device is generally used to vibrate the conveyor belt up and down to remove the sticky material. This type of conveyor can realize large inclination conveying, thus reducing the floor space. Compared with bucket elevator, it has large conveying capacity, low energy consumption and easy maintenance.
